ELIZABETH JACKSON: A retired High Court judge says he's concerned the Federal Government's draft anti-discrimination legislation fails to adhere to secular principles.
Michael Kirby says it's wrong to allow churches to bar same-sex attracted staff from working in faith-based schools and hospitals which are publicly funded.
